Repair Leather Car Seats?
How to repair Cracked White Leather car seats. 1999 Buick Regals leather seats are cracked and make an other wise well kept auto look disgusting. Asking for advise on how to fix this problem. Be it new seats, repair, or seat covers. Any tip for the name of a good seat cover company welcome. Thank You ….. Charles
I would get all new leather.
If you can find shoe polish that’s the right color, you can fill in the cracks very nicely (and cheaply), it will look a lot better. use a brush to work it into the cracks, then seal it with mink oil afterwards.
Make sure you follow the directions for the mink oil as far as how long to leave it dry, etc, you don’t want to get it on your clothes.

call up your local auto salvage shop. ask if they are able to secure set of good seats for you. none available.Ask around for a person who can replace leather seats who is dependable. they are around.My brother specializes in motor cycle seats. He also does cars ,chairs etc. There are many people who fix up old cars. Ask one of these people who drive a decent restored car locally. They should be able to give a good shop
Hi , There are some nice seat covers out there to choose from, at decent prices. I would go with no hassle covers, ,just slip them on and enjoy the ride. Good Luck
